This Website is operated by Payforge UK Ltd and Payforge USA LLC (together, "Payforge", "we", "us", or "our").

Payforge UK Ltd is a limited company incorporated in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Payforge USA LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States, with its principal place of business at 1455 Leary Way NW, Suite 400, Seattle, WA 98107.

Payforge is a consultancy and technology services company that delivers long-running projects for clients, including both outcome-based and time-and-materials engagements.

For visitors located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, Payforge UK Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within one calendar month. If your request is complex, we may extend this by up to two further months, but we will let you know within the first month.

We provide the first copy of your data free of charge. For further copies or manifestly excessive requests, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee or refuse to act, in which case we will explain our reasons.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your request, please contact us at privacy@payforge.ai. If you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk or by telephone on 0303 123 1113.
